James is IMT’s Senior Policy Associate. He supports IMT’s mission to promote the development and adoption of equitable building performance policies by state and local governments.
James previously worked for the UK Civil Service where he was responsible for statistics and customer contact data at the Insolvency Service. He holds an MA (Hons) in Geopolitics from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
