Alexandra Harry is a program manager for private sector engagement at IMT. Alex develops cooperative working relationships with landlords, tenants and property management groups, and trade associates in order to devise long-term energy efficiency transformation on topics such as green leases, plug load reduction, and small business energy management. Alex works with varied audiences including building owners, tenants, chambers of commerce, utility alliances, and consultants. Prior to joining IMT, Alex worked at Paladino and Company, ushering 21 new and existing buildings through the LEED certification process, totaling over 7.2 million square feet. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in commercial real estate with a focus on finance from Georgetown University. Alex is a LEED AP EBOM.
