Participants benefit from IMT’s market-leading expertise on building energy and climate policy and help us continue to serve as an ideation lab for next-generation public policies and business practices to reduce energy waste and greenhouse gas emissions in America’s buildings and communities. We also offer a building energy policy database that makes it easy to understand different benchmarking laws and building performance standards.

Corporate Engagement Benefits
IMT offers two corporate engagement opportunities covering 12 months. IMT Supporters receive routine policy updates and news, and help support IMT in its business engagement work. IMT Boosters receive the same benefits of Supporters and also engage deeper, allowing businesses to provide feedback on IMT’s approach to business engagement in support of building performance policy adoption and implementation.
