In this version of IMT's most-requested benchmarking map, we highlight the U.S. cities that have passed mandatory benchmarking and transparency policies for commercial and/or multifamily buildings, as well as those cities that have gone beyond benchmarking to include additional measures such as audit or retrocommissioning policies. Updated November 2016.
