IMT in the People's Republic of China

To transform markets for energy-efficient buildings in China, IMT worked in partnership with the Natural Resource Defense Council to provide technical assistance to the independent municipality of Chongqing.  The programs supported the development and implementation of a regional energy-efficiency building code.
